These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the GameMart website and any purchase you make through it. By browsing or ordering from us, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us

GameMart sells new, used, open box and refurbished gaming consoles, games, accessories, PC parts and electronics, and also offers console/game exchange (sell/trade-in) services.

2. Account Registration

You may need to create an account to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.

3. Product Information & Pricing

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images and pricing. Occasionally, errors may occur — if we discover a pricing or listing error after you've placed an order, we will contact you before proceeding, and you may cancel the order if you do not wish to continue at the corrected price.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders can be placed and paid for via the payment options shown at checkout — this may include our online payment gateway, UPI, or ordering via WhatsApp, depending on what is currently enabled. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available on GameMart. Full payment (or order confirmation, for WhatsApp orders) is required before an order is processed and shipped.

5. Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — for example due to stock unavailability, a pricing error, or suspected fraudulent activity — in which case any payment received will be refunded.

6. Shipping & Returns

7. Sell / Exchange Requests

If you submit a device or item for sale/exchange through our website, the final offer is subject to physical inspection and verification of the item. Quotes shown online are estimates and may be revised after inspection.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the GameMart name, logo, text, graphics and images — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without permission. Third-party trademarks (console and game brands) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from the use of our website or products, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where GameMart is registered/operates.
