This Shipping Policy explains how GameMart processes, packs and delivers your order once it is placed.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. During sale periods or for pre-order items, processing may take a little longer — any expected delay will be communicated on the product page or at checkout.

2. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on orders of ₹1,499 and above. For orders below ₹1,499, a flat shipping charge applies at checkout, shown clearly before you confirm your order.

3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery time is generally 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Metro cities are usually faster, while remote areas may take a little longer. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, as they can be affected by courier delays, weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you can view its status from the My Orders section of your account. For any tracking queries, feel free to contact us with your order number.

5. Packaging

All consoles, games and accessories are carefully inspected and securely packed to minimize the risk of damage in transit. Used and refurbished items are tested before dispatch.

6. Shipping Areas

We currently ship across India. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your pin code, please contact us before placing your order.

7. Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us with your order number so we can look into it with our courier partner.
