At GameMartIndia, we do not accept returns. However, if you experience any issues with a damaged or non-working product, we offer a replacement within 30 days of purchase.

To raise a replacement request:

  1. Log into your account at mini-machine.com/my-account.
  2. Open a ticket and select “Replacements” as the department.
  3. Explain the issue with your product.

Once your request is raised, our team will coordinate with you to resolve the issue.
